Triglyceride Reduction Formula™ - How To Take It?

The purpose of this website is to present, to all who want the knowledge, a safe and dependable method through which individuals can lower their elevated blood triglyceride levels. However, it is heartening to realize you can achieve astonishing results - if you put your mind to it.

The following dosing regiment will help you get the most out of your Triglyceride Reduction Formula™. Here are a few simple rules:

Rule #1: Spread It Out.
Because more than one tablet of the Formula should be taken in a day, you need to spread tablets out. This is a long-known fact, especially with water-soluble vitamins, such as vitamin C or B-complex vitamins present in our Triglyceride Reduction Formula™. The body's levels of such vitamins typically return to a "normal" baseline levels every four hours. So, replenishing them by taking them regularly - with each meal - is essential.

Also, the body tends to absorb supplements better a little bit at a time. Smaller doses taken at one time mean that the gastrointestinal (GI) tract is exposed to a higher percentage of the dose at a given moment, because of the surface area of the intestines. It is especially important for calcium: a multiple dosage can lead to a much higher total calcium absorption (by 80-100 percent!).

Rule #2: Always Take It With food.
This is partly an extension of the logic behind the Rule #1. Almost all nutrients absorb better if allowed to pass slowly though the GI tract with food. And this isn't just a "likely story."

Taking Triglyceride Reduction Formula™ with food also makes it less likely to cause stomach upset or nausea, usually due to a temporary "cleansing reaction". By the way, any nutrient may give you digestive trouble. It doesn't matter what and how good the supplement is: there's always someone out there who just won't have a happy tummy when s/he takes it. This is even true of sugar (dummy) pills!

The Lesson: Don't automatically wonder if there's something wrong with Triglyceride Reduction Formula™ if you can't stomach it. Take it with food, spread out the dose - and if worst comes to worst, just reduce the dosage for a few days, and then gradually increase back to previous one.

Rule #3: Take More At Dinner.
Taking a higher dosage of Triglyceride Reduction Formula™ with the last meal of the day leads to greater absorption of the nutrients.

However, don't obsess if your lifestyle doesn't allow you to follow these guidelines to the letter. But to the extent that you can incorporate these rules into your regimen, you may be a better general in your efforts to lower elevated blood triglycerides.
