GongFa is a simplified version of Tai Chi and Qigong workout routines performed in a seated position - on chair or wheelchair.

Tai Chi - consisting of 108 movements - is a slow version of Chinese martial art styles. Today, most people practice it because of its soft nature and multiple health benefits.
Originally, however, it was not designed for this purpose and it still includes some dangerous elements, In fact, the learning process of Tai Chi has never been people-friendly.
Qigong, on the other hand, is a Chinese exercise system that focuses more on the development of internal attributes (e.g. energy) through the series of movements accompanied by deep breathing.

Presently, there are two levels of GongFa exercise available on DVD:
- Level 1: Low-intensity workout (9 movements - 23 minutes)
- Level 2: Moderate-intensity workout (12 movements - 27 minutes)
Level 1 consists of the following nine (9) routines:
- Joint warm-ups
- Wave the Curtain
- Unite Yin and Yang
- Two mountains strike down
- Support the sky

- Flying hands.
Level 2 consists of the following twelve (12) routines:
- Warm-ups and stretching

Breathing has been fully integrated into the moves and breathing cues are provided.

Exercise: Common Myths and Absolute Truths

- Myth: Exercise does hurt.
Truth: On the contrary, when done properly it is comfortable and can help to prevent pain.
- Myth: Exercise takes hours and you have to work out every day.
Truth: On the contrary, when done properly and at the right intensity, aerobic exercise can be effective in as little as 10-15 minutes, and resistance movement can be effective in an even shorter time (2-3 minutes).
